Aapex Pharmacy has served Houston for over 20 years, and recently made the decision to build a new pharmacy. Looking to maximize efficiency and meet the latest USP 800 and 795 standards, they turned to the experts at PCCA to create the perfect modular compounding suite.
The project features a simple, effective two-room design including a dedicated USP 800 hazardous drug compounding space and a separate dedicated USP 795 non-hazardous compounding room. A pass-through box was integrated in the 800 space to improve efficiency.
