PCCA Rate: $299/night

Book before April 1, 2025, to get the discounted rate for your hotel stay. Rooms and rates are based on availability. If you miss the hotel cutoff date, you will need to book your room at another nearby hotel unless there are rooms still available.

BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Event billing will take place closer to the event date. If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact Krista Dempsey directly at 226.777.1476; otherwise, registration fees will be billed to your account. A full registration refund is available through to April 16, 2025. Cancellations received after April 16 will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

VIRTUAL PLATFORM ACCESS POLICY
