Credit cards will be billed immediately. Full refunds available through Tuesday, May 2, 2023. No refunds will be provided after May 2 for event cancellations. If you are unable to attend live, you will still have access to view the recorded presentations for 3 months.

VIRTUAL PLATFORM ACCESS POLICY
An email that includes virtual attendance login and app details will be sent to all virtual registrants the day before the event begins. Full instructions will be included in the email. Your virtual platform login information should not be shared with others; it is unique to you. PCCA reserves the right to disable individual access if this information is shared before, during or after the event.

All refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
