With variable speeds from 50 to 500 rmp, the custom-made enhanced motor is half the size and brushless.
- Membrane control pad for 1-touch operation
Easily start, accelerate, decelerate, reverse or stop operation using convenient 1-touch control finger pad. During operation, the performance display illuminates motor speed to avoid guesswork.
- Self-adjusting scraper system
Engineered to sit at a slight pivot, the self-adjusting scraper effortlessly slides and locks into place to consistently align with the roller.
- 20 set-point side dial for replicable precision
Quickly adjust roller widths using one hand and the 20-set point dial down to a 10 µm gap width to obtain a 5 l/h throughput*.

- Cleaning bar
The new cleaning bar attaches above the gap of the back two rollers to fit snugly on top, which allows machine operation when cleaning. It also eliminates the potential of cleaning materials or tools getting pulled down between rollers and removes the need to hand-turn rollers during cleaning processes.
- Medical grade stainless steel housing with high-quality porcelain rollers
Constructed with exceptionally durable materials, the EXAKT® 50Plus Pharma Ointment Mill stainless-steel exterior and chemically inert porcelain rollers are easily cleaned to meet USP minimum sterility standards.
