  • Effective January 11, 2021, all incoming lots of our glycerin excipient product will be tested for diethylene glycol ('DEG') and ethylene glycol ('EG') per USP Identification A and B specifications. As a result of this change, all incoming glycerin excipient samples will be subject to three rounds of DEG/EG identity testing - one by our U.S. based manufacturer, one by our U.S. supplier, and one by a third-party testing laboratory after PCCA receives the glycerin-before distribution to customers. All unexpired lots that are on the market have also been tested and have received passing results.
  • PCCA repackages and distributes glycerin only for use as an excipient.This excipient is intended for integrating into other products.
