Please be sure to make your hotel reservation before the above cutoff date. After this deadline, room rates will increase and rooms may not be available. Attendees are responsible for roundtrip transportation to/from the airport. PCCA will provide transportation to/from PCCA each day of the event.

BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Credit cards will be billed immediately. Full refunds available through Thursday, May 15. No refunds will be provided after May 15 for event cancellations, including no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you will still receive video recording access for 2 months post-event.

Switching from in-person to virtual attendance is allowed through Thursday, May 15.

An email that includes virtual attendance login and app details will be sent to all virtual registrants the week of the event. Full instructions will be included in the email. Your virtual platform login information should not be shared with others; it is unique to you. PCCA reserves the right to disable individual access if this information is shared before, during or after the event.

If you are unsatisfied with our education content, your refund must be requested within 14 days of the completion of the program. To request a refund, email education@pccarx.com and include the attendee name, email address, phone number, program attended and a detailed explanation of why a refund is being requested. All refunds will be issued according to the original payment method.
